Setting Up a Response Moment

The response moment allows you to create a custom singular poll to drive engagement during a service. You can create custom text and a custom call to action button.


  1. Log into the Admin>Moments
  2. Click "Add Moment"
  3. Click "Response Moment"
  4. Create your custom response moment
    1. Create custom text to ask a question or make a statement
    2. Click the symbol button to change the emoji
    3. Create custom button text
  5. Check or un-check the box next to "Include this Moment in all new Services by default"
  6. Click "Save"
